Our Senior Consultant is a Lean and Change Management Master Practitioner with 20 years of experience delivering improvements in operating performance, customer satisfaction and bottom-line results for companies and organisations in the public and private sectors. His more recent assignments over the last 10 years have included many Housing Associations across the UK, the Ministry of Defence, a major high-street mobile communications provider, the Home Office, two leading UK Universities, Local Authorities in England and State Services (Health and Government) in the Channel Islands of Jersey and Guernsey.
Our training, coaching and mentoring is provided in a very practical way, tailored for the situation, to fit the specific requirements of the customer underpinned by expert facilitation.
Our Lean learning is based on Lean Systems Thinking with embedded Change Management. We always use the customer’s own processes to explain and teach Lean and can also include a Lean review of a key process as part of the assignment.
